Mike Ross is an associate attorney at Pearson-Hardman Law. He is a college dropout and never attended law school. But due to his excellent encyclopedic memory, Harvey Specter was impressed and decided to hire him under his supervision. They pretended that Mike is a graduate of Harvard Law. Most of the time, Mike easily gets emotionally-attached to his clients and/or to the plaintiffs if they are truthfully wronged by their clients.
Harvey Specter is a senior partner at Pearson-Hardman Law and is considered as New York's Best Closer. He supervises Mike Ross. Though he appears to be harsh and braggy, he is actually caring, especially to his staffs: Donna and Mike, and to his boss: Jessica.
Donna Paulsen is the secretary of Harvey Specter. She is also a close friend of Harvey. Donna is actually my favorite character in the series due to her personality. :)
Rachel Zane is a paralegal at Pearson-Hardman. She is the love interest of Mike Ross. Though they are in love with each other, their romance were mutually ended since romantic relationships are not allowed in their office, and Mike doesn't want to be with Rachel if he still can't tell about his secret. Rachel had a fear of taking the LSAT (5 years after she graduated law) due to her perfectionist side, but recently she passed the LSAT with a GPA of 172.
Louis Litt is a junior partner recently-appointed senior partner at Pearson-Hardman. He is also the person in-charge of the associates. He considers Harvey Specter as his rival.
Jessica Pearson is the co-founder and managing partner of Pearson-Hardman. She is a friend to Harvey.
Daniel Hardman is a co-founder and a founding partner at Pearson-Hardman. He is the current major antagonist. He returned at the firm during Season 2.
